What we do
Credential Issuance
Issue verifiable credentials in SD-JWT, JWT-VC, and ISO 18013-5 mDoc formats via OpenID4VCI. Training certificates, employment credentials, age attestations, and more — all cryptographically signed and bound to the holder.
Credential Verification
Verify credentials instantly via OpenID4VP with DCQL queries. Request only the specific claims you need — the holder approves what to share. Cryptographic proof replaces document checks.
EU Digital Identity Wallet
Full compatibility with the European Digital Identity Wallet ecosystem. Our infrastructure is designed from the ground up for eIDAS 2.0 compliance, supporting the Architecture Reference Framework (ARF) specifications.
Privacy by Design
Selective disclosure ensures verifiers only see what they need. Age verification without revealing a birthdate. Identity confirmation without sharing a full ID document. The holder stays in control.

Our domains
Tessera operates across two domains: tessra.eu is our marketing and product site, and tsera.io hosts our API, authentication services, and developer-facing infrastructure (api.tsera.io, auth.tsera.io). Both domains are operated by Tessera.
